Grandma's Twisted Savoury Scones

On a lazy Sunday afternoon, when lunch has already gone, after the neighbourhood soccer game, she knew we needed something before dinner. So she made this delicious savoury, doughy rolled dough. Here is the recepie:
Ingredients:
1 Large Whole Egg
25g fresh yeast / or 12g dry instant yeast
250ml Milk at room temperature
50g sour cream
600g Flour (all purpose)
20g Salt
25g white Sugar
100ml Oil - Olivie oil if you like the taste, but can use butter as well.
2 egg yolk for brushing the top
In the mixer, mix all ingredients one after the other.
Wait for the oil till all combined, then add the oil to the dough gradually like you do in the mayonese.
Form a ball on the table, and add place dough in a container and cover it to rise for 45-60 minutes till it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough into a circle, 5mm thick. Cut 32 triangles.
Cut the wider part of each triangle in the middle a little, then roll them up gently from the wide part towards the narrow part. Place them on a baking tray covered with silicon mat or baking paper.
Brush them with egg yolk.
Rest them again for 20 minutes.
Brush them again with egg yolk before placing them into the oven.
Bake in the pre-heated 220degC oven (top and bottom, no fan force) for about 10-15 minutes. Mine took 13 minutes, but it depends on your oven.
Cool them on a wire rack.
Enjoy!
